Two women running otgether in a park stop for a break, whilst smiling and hugging one another.

The event will explore the crucial role of sport and physical activity in preventing and treating mental health problems, and the project.

Registrations are officially open for the European Alliance for Sport and Mental Health project's (EASMH) conference: Psychiatric Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation through Sport, which is taking place in Hotel Indingo Brussels - City - IHG, on Tuesday, 4 April 2023, hosted by European Platform for Sport Innovation (EPSI).

As the natural successor of the SPHERE project, EASMH aims to create a European network promoting the benefits of sport for psychiatric prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. During the event, participants will learn more about the project and its achievements, and will explore the crucial role of sport and physical activity in preventing and treating mental health problems, thus improving the quality of life of those affected.

In this context, we strongly encourage those interested in EASMH's work to attend the event, and share experiences and visions on how to further promote mental health interventions through sport, whilst networking and showing support to the project.
