PERHOUSE national workshop in Slovakia on personal household services
On 23 January, the PERHOUSE project will host a national workshop at the Slovak Trade Union of Health and Social Services in Bratislava.
The workshop will present research results on working conditions and the role of regulation and actors in the personal and household services sector. The research findings confirm poor working conditions, limited availability of services, and a high percentage of undeclared work in Slovakia. The study also suggests the need for wider social dialogue to improve the situation in personal and household services.
The workshop is open to social partners and social actors, experts in social services for senior care at home, child care services, and related fields interested in contributing to improving accessibility, quality of household services, and working conditions. The workshop will be conducted in the Slovak language.
