This paper gives a quick understanding of the current EU Disability Card status in the European Parliament and the Council of the EU.

Description:

This briefing is a short overview of the provisional agreement on the final text of the EU Disability Card that has been agreed upon by the Council of the EU and the European Parliament in early February 2024. Additionally, there is a case study of TUKENA, a Finnish organisation piloting the EU Disability Card in Finland.
