Innovative Frameworks for measuring the Quality of services for Persons with Disabilities
Short description
The study presents a framework to measure the quality of services — centred on the quality-of-life concept — based on the Donabedian’s Structures-Processes-Outcome model and the eight Quality of Life domains of Schalock et al. (2002). Considering what is known about the Quality of Life and focusing on what is needed, the main objective of this study is to give services a clearer vision of the way forward to improve the quality of life of the persons.
