Short Description
This briefing explores the comprehensive strategic approach to mental health in the EU, launched on 07/06/2023 by the European Commission. It assesses the implications for care and support services of the flagship initiatives presented within this strategic approach. Given the overlap between mental health and disability, this novel policy is relevant to the following EASPD areas of work: employment, inclusive living, technology, workforce development, education, ECI, funding of social services.
