BeInclusive: Inclusion of people with disabilities in SMEs

BeInclusive will support job placement trainers to include people with disabilities in employment at SMEs.

Vocational jobs are often harder for people with disabilities to access. The BeInclusive project wants to change that by focussing on increasing employment of people with disabilities in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). During the lifetime of the project, the partners will produce learning materials for job placement trainers who can use this knowledge to motivate SME employers to hire people with disabilities.

Aims

The project’s main aim is to develop and support practices that promote the employment of people with disabilities in the open labour market. The Be Inclusive! project will develop micro-learning videos that show various aspects of inclusion of people with disabilities within a company. The idea is to motivate and enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to employ people with disabilities.
