B-WISE- Blueprint for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills in Work Integration Social Enterprises
Blueprint for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills in Work Integration Social Enterprises (B-WISE) aims to develop a European strategy to tackle the digital skills gaps in the Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) sector. The project targets the skill needs of disadvantaged workers who do not have the same access to the labour market, their support workers such as job coaches, and their managers. The project will also promote the attractiveness of the WISE sector as a career choice and will raise awareness on the importance of the use of digital technologies to support disadvantaged groups in work placement.

Activities
- 3 reports on current situation of skills gaps, needs and occupational profiles in the WISEs sector
- 3 universal training curricula in English and 12 other languages that will tackle the digital skills gaps of disadvantaged workers, their supporters and their managers
- Toolkit to provide information and practical guidance for teachers/trainers and help the trainers to plan, deliver and evaluate the learning programmes
- Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) on Digital Skills for the WISEs sector.
