In 2023, the Member Forum on Arts and Cultures made its way to Cork, Ireland, where they paid a visit to Cope Foundation and Suisha Arts. Participating in a day and a half long programme, the forum got to know Cope Foundation's history, activities, and strong advocacy work within the inclusive arts field.

Additionally, memmber visited University College Cork where they heard about the Glucksman Museum's projects on accessible exhibitions and the MINDS project on a music program for chidlren with Down Syndrome. In addition, they experienced the Loop Love sculpture installation which is a vocal activity programme designed for people with mild to moderate learning disabilities.

After the University, the group had the chance to attend a dance workshop by Inclusive Dance Cork in the Firkin Crane, Shandon, and a music class by Inclusive Music Ensemble in Cork’s MTU (Munster Technological University). At the Cork Arts Theatre, they also had a great discussion about the Community Employment Scheme which is providing opportunities for people with disabilities to create an artistic carrier path. In addition, the participants met local artists who are very talented, friendly and inspiring. On the last day, Florin, one of the local artists, gave a workshop where members could paint an impression of their visit, under his guidance.
