Join ATAM to honour its 50th Anniversary by looking back and analyzing the events that marked the history of the organization for five decades to determine the present and future. To celebrate this commemorative day ATAM will hold a FUTURO SINGULAR conference from 09:00 to 14:00 CEST on 25th October 2023 at Kinépolis, Madrid.
The conference will take a tour of the technical and productive advances that transformed the social experience. Analysing questions concerning the influence of the digital era will help to understand how technical progress alters our interpretation of realities such as life, health, disability, and aging.
Finally, during the event, there will be discussions not only about the past but about the future as well. The main topic of focus will be the new scientific paradigms applied to health sciences and the transformative potential of digital technology.
The working languages of the conference are English and Spanish with provided simultaneous translation from English to Spanish and vice versa.

About ATAM
ATAM is a Spanish nonprofit association created in 1973 by Telefonica, the Spanish multinational telecommunications company, and its employees. The institution aims to bring the attention to its members and their families when they undergo situations of disabilities.
Currently, the members of ATAM are the employees of more than forty different Spanish companies, representing around 43,000 families associated. Every year the institution helps more than 5,500 beneficiaries with any type of disability. In this sense, it is a general institution that provides services and economic aid for whatever disabilities they could have.
