Relationships, Community, Inclusion and the LtF Framework
Over the course of three days, the Member Forum on Inclusive Living engaged in a comprehensive exploration of relationships, community, inclusion, and the LtF (LivesthroughFriends) Framework. The agenda kicked off with an introduction to LivesthroughFriends, emphasising life beyond services and the human need for love. The Butterfly Garden's operational model was presented, followed by an in-depth discussion led by Bob Rhodes on the LtF framework, encompassing stories, relationships, leadership, purpose, principles, and socio-political perspectives. Day two featured insightful sessions on person-centered approaches, low arousal strategies, the PETAGMA journey, and strengths-based practices. Evening activities included 'Woozy Wednesday' and a Skittles Evening. The final day delved into leadership, citizenship, provider development challenges, intervention theory, and the Vanguard Approach. Throughout, participants shared experiences and insights, fostering a collaborative and enriching learning environment.
