Person-Centred Technology and digital accessibility

The Member Forum on Person-Centred Technology (PCT) organised a training and a seperate study to explore the importance of how digital accessibility competences and knowledge of assistive technologies.

In collaboration with the Smart4Health Horizon project, EASPD's  Member Forum on Person-Centred Technology (PCT) organised a tailored training on the topic of digital accessibility and assistive technology within the EASPD international conference in Malta, in October of 2022. The importance of how digital accessibility competences and knowledge of assistive technologies help service providers to deliver better quality services was highlighted.

In November of 2022 the Member Forum organised a study visit hosted by an Israel member, Beit Issie Shapiro. The Forum's participants exchanged knowledge and best practices, and had the opportunity to tour the Beit Issie Shapiro's premices.
