On 15 December 2023, the Member Forum on Employment, under the framework of the Lighthouse Network, had the opportunity to follow a video on "Inclusive Job Design". This new method has been established by Prof. Brigitte van Lieroop, from the Netherlands. She is a well-known professional in the field of employment, working in the research sector, and focusing on disability. The video was organised as an interview during which many questions were asked to Brigitte, in order to explain in depth the method and its distinct importance, avoiding doubts and misuderstandings.
