The In-Tour team gears up for their final conference, which will take place online and in-person in Austria on 28 September.

Over the past 4 years, the In-Tour project has sought to make tourism inclusive for all, especially for persons with disabilities, through bridging the gaps in quality training and education in the field of accessible tourism. The accomplishments and milestones that have been reached through the project – for example, its e-Learning platform for tourism professionals – have changed the game when it comes to making tourism inclusive.

With this, EASPD is pleased to announce that registrations are open for the grand finale of the In-Tour project: its final conference. This event will take place as part of the IAAPA Expo Europe 2023 on 28 September from 13:30 to 15:30 CET, where experts and leading figures in the leisure industry across Europe will meet to discuss and network. The event will be hybrid, taking place in-person at the Messe Wien Exhibition and Congress Centre in Vienna, Austria and online via Zoom.

The In-Tour Final Conference stands as a testament to the culmination of our dedication and accomplishments. We are delighted to invite you to join us in celebrating this remarkable milestone. During this event, attendees will have the unique opportunity to participate in insightful discussions, connect with fellow professionals who share a passion for accessible tourism, and contribute to the further development of inclusive tourism practices. More information can be found on IAAPA’s website. The conference will also feature presentations from industry experts and stakeholders, who will share insights into the accessible tourism sector and shed light on the transformative impact of the In-Tour project.

We eagerly anticipate your presence at this landmark event. Together, let us celebrate the strides made in inclusive tourism and pave the way for a more accessible and welcoming tourism industry for all.
