In April 2024, the EASPD team moved into a new office in Brussels at Avenues des Nerviens 85. As we settle into our new address, we need the help of our members to make our new space vibrant, welcoming and representative of the EASPD community. To do this, we would love to proudly hang your artwork on our walls! We are looking for EASPD members who would like to donate art pieces created by their organisation to be showcased in our individual team and meeting rooms. Each piece will be accompanied by a reference to the artist and the donating member. It will be a great opportunity to showcase your artwork to our visitors and guests.

Artwork Specifications:

• Maximum Size: 1.5m (height) x 2m (width)
• Multiple Pieces: You can donate multiple pieces that can be displayed together.

Spaces for Display:

The spaces available for displaying your artwork include:

• Individual team offices
• Meeting rooms

Submission Details:

• Deadline for submission: 1 September
• Delivery deadline: Artwork must be received at our office by 15 September.

Reimbursement:

We understand that shipping artwork can be costly. A partial reimbursement of delivery costs can be arranged upon request. Please contact us to discuss this further if needed.

How to Submit Your Artwork:

1. Review your artwork ensuring it meets the above specifications.
2. Complete the application form here. (Please note that a Google account is required to submit an application with this form.)
3. Await confirmation from the EASPD team to arrange the delivery of artwork.
