ePortfolio's online tool aimed at facilitating the inclusion of people who have unequal access to the labour market is in its final stage.

Under the working title 'e-portfoliowork', a consortium of five partners across the EU has developed an online tool aimed at facilitating the inclusion of people who have unequal access to the labour market. This tool, which is based on Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), connects job seekers with disabilities with employers through a so-called 'Ability Profile'. This ensures a better match between people and the job market, increasing the chances of a successful match.

Additionally, the innovative tool avoids unfair competition between candidates and encourages employers to publish a job description based on opportunities.

The five partners (PHH Academie, EASPD, Atempo, Associazione Scuola Viva ONLUS and ISAS) are currently in the final stage of developing the online platform, which will be available from August 2023, and is specifically made for people with unequal access to the labour market.

To stay updated with ePortfolio's developments, visit their website, and follow them on FacebookLinkedIn, and Instagram. The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU.
