This report by EASPD examines how EU Member States are progressing towards economic, employment, and social goals, with a focus on disability inclusion and the development of high-quality social services, as monitored through the European Semester.
The findings help identify critical areas for reform, investment, and policy development to reinforce disability services across the EU. Its findings also contribute to the design, implementation and development of current and future initiatives, including the Competitiveness Compass, the Union of Skills, the upcoming Quality Jobs Roadmap, the first-ever Anti-Poverty Strategy, and the Affordable Housing Plan.
