Going Online: Services for people with disabilities during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond

This study is a research on the experiences of EASPD member organisations in implementing online solutions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Short description

Gathering information from EASPD members in Europe on the different materials, methods and solutions implemented to deliver their online services during the COVID-19 pandemic, this study shows the solutions to the blockage provided by different service providers, such as internet training, data protection, modifications to online disclosure contests, support to users and families. Taking into account the challenges faced, the report develops recommendations for EASPD, its members, European institutions and policy makers to ensure high quality, safe, accessible, empowering and sustainable online services.
