Personal & Household Services workers provide care and domestic support to people in their homes. Their work covers a wide range of tasks, from caring for children, older people and people with disabilities, to supporting everyday household activities such as cooking, cleaning, gardening and more.

Despite its importance, PHS work is still often under-recognised and not fully understood.

This survey aims to capture the reality of the PHS sector and explore how it can be improved, directly from those who know it best: workers, service users and employers.
