Connective Care, Beyond Limits: The new podcast on strengthening support networks
Our Finnish member Tukena is one of the contributors of a brand-new podcast, “CONNECTIVE CARE, BEYOND LIMITS – A European Journey on Supportive Networking”. This podcast that brings together inspiring stories and expert insights to strengthen support networks for children and young adults with disabilities.
Five European countries extensively collaborated in this project, bringing together families, professionals, and community members to find creative ways to build stronger and more resilient support systems. Through shared experiences, best practices, and meaningful discussions, the podcast explores new approaches to empowerment and inclusion.
An online event will take place on 22 May 2025 (10:00–11:30 CEST) to celebrate the launch of the podcast. During the webinar, the project partners will showcase a teaser from the podcast and receive feedback from support services professionals and families.
