BENEFITS Project launches website showcasing tools for measuring the value-added of social services

The BENEFITS project, of which EASPD is a partner, is pleased to announce the launch of its official website.

The BENEFITS project (Building Economic, Needs-Based and Environmental evaluation Frameworks for Inclusive Transformation of Social services in Europe), of which EASPD is a partner, is pleased to announce the launch of its official website: www.benefitsproject.eu

Funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe Programme, BENEFITS is a three-year project that brings together universities, public authorities, civil society organisations, think tanks and social service providers from across Europe. The project will develop innovative tools that capture the true value of social services. Moving beyond financial metrics, these tools will also measure the social, economic and environmental value of services to individuals, communities and wider society.

The new website will serve as the central hub for information about the project, featuring:

  • Project objectives and background
  • Consortium partners
  • News and updates
  • Project resources and tools

With pilot activities taking place in several European countries, the project will produce a set of tools, including a Holistic Appraisal Framework, a Social Services Policy Observatory, a Visualisations Platform and a Policy Evaluation Toolkit, all designed to support more effective and inclusive social policy.

The website will be regularly updated throughout the life of the project, enabling those interested to follow progress, access resources and contribute to shape the future of social services in Europe.
