Way forward for inclusive digital education

Inclusive digital education requires strong policies and laws to make sure people with disabilities can study and complete their education. The European Union launched the Digital Education Action Plan (DEAP) in 2021 to promote high quality, accessible and inclusive digital education amongst member states. Last year, a few civil society organisations in Brussels reviewed the DEAP to set new goals and assess what has been achieved up till now.
ADEDU project on accessible digital education for adults will launch its third webinar on the EU policy scenario of inclusive digital education. We will hear perspectives of the Commission, the civil society organisation who were part of the DEAP review. We will also have a look at a training needs analysis carried out by the ADEDU project. This analysis looked at what educators need to make their classrooms inclusive.
