About the project

EQUAL-CARE is a CERV project aiming to tackle the gender care gap in both formal care work and informal family caregiving. Through this project we are developing innovative tools, training, and awareness initiatives to challenge stereotypes, support equal opportunities, and create fair working conditions for all carers.
