SEURO is recruiting people to trial an easy-to-use digital health tool!

An elderly couple sit on a couch together using a tablet computer.

Volunteers will join a 6-month trial to test a new digital tool supporting older people with health conditions to better self-manage at home.

The SEURO project is looking for people to test an easy-to-use digital health tool. Testers must be diagnosed with two or more chronic conditions, aged 65 years or older, and be based in Ireland, Sweden or Belgium (Flanders). People in the care network supporting the older person (e.g., family members, informal carers, and healthcare professionals) can also participate in the trial.

Chronic conditions of focus are the following:

  • Diabetes
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including emphysema or chronic bronchitis, chronic asthma
  • Heart failure
  • Chronic heart disease (angina, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, arrhythmia)

Volunteers will participate in a six-month trial to evaluate a new digital technology to support older people living with multiple health conditions to better self-manage at home.

For more information on the study please visit the trial webpage or join the SEURO mailing list.
