Accessible for all: Turning Universal Design for Learning into practice

Join the ADEDU Final Event on 7 May to explore key project results shaping more accessible learning for all.

As learning and teaching become increasingly digital, ensuring that no learner is left behind has never been more important.

The ADEDU (Accessible Digital EDUcation) project is a European initiative focused on making digital education more accessible and inclusive for people with learning disabilities.

Over the past two years, ADEDU has developed training programmes, practical resources and guidelines on inclusive communication and accessible digital learning, helping education professionals innovate and better support diverse learners.

The ADEDU final event will bring together educators, trainers, learning centre professionals and key stakeholders from across Europe to present the project’s main achievements, share good practices and reflect on how to further advance inclusive digital education.

When and where: Brussels, 7 May, 14:00–16:00

Agenda

The event will begin with an interactive presentation exploring the ADEDU project, its journey and the key lessons learned along the way. At the heart of the event is a one-hour workshop on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), led by an inclusion expert. This interactive session will invite participants to reflect on their own practices and exchange ideas directly with the expert.

The event will conclude with the ADEDU Awards Ceremony, celebrating individuals and organisations that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to accessible digital education.
