How does your organisation provide supported employment?

The job market is tough for everyone to crack but for people with disabilities there is an added layer of barriers. They have to navigate through a system that was not built for them. The SUPPORT project has launched a survey to gather inputs from organisations that provide supported employment. Instead of long pre-employment courses, Supported Employment starts with a real job and provides the employee with tailored coaching, employer support, and guidance to help them stay and thrive in the workplace. Countries where these practices already exist show what’s possible when support is timely, personal, and practical.
Scaling such good practices across Europe requires an understanding of what works, where the gaps remain, and how experiences differ among regions. The survey is open to jobseekers with disabilities, employers, job coaches, service providers, and public agencies - to share their perspectives.
The survey takes around 20–30 minutes. These insights will shape much more:
- evidence-based strategies,
- better support tools,
- a stronger framework for measuring the quality of Supported Employment services.
Most importantly, the collected data will ensure that the next generation of employment policies is grounded in the reality of those who live it every day.
The survey can be answered in German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Greek, Croatian, Italian, Norwegian and Romanian. Participation in the survey is anonymous and confidential, with GDPR-compliant safeguards in place to keep data secure.
