EASPD welcomes the Draft General Comment on article 27 as providing considerable insight and clear recommendations towards the implementation of the right to work and employment for persons with disabilities. In particular, we agree to the significant majority of the proposed points, for those with which we disagree, we have proposed concrete suggested amendments.Read them here.
