The European Commission has introduced a provisional agreement to create more transparent and predictable working conditions, especially for workers in the so-called "non-standard forms of employment". 

The proposal aims to put into practice the European Pillar of Social Rights, a European initiative launched in 2017 that aims at delivering new and more effective social rights for people across Europe.
