A report detailing the results of a seminar that EASPD co-organised together with 7 other European networks of social services has been published. The seminar was an opportunity to discuss the implications of the application of EU rules on Public Procurement and State Aid for organizations providing social services across Europe. The report gives a unique insight on the application of these rules in different countries and service sectors, and provides an interesting contribution to the SSGI debate.
